The Mount Horeb Soccer Club is a volunteer-run organization. We need help from parents, high school students, and community volunteers to keep our club running.

In addition to team coaches and managers, we currently need help in the following areas:

Volunteer coordinator - we are looking for someone who can track all of the volunteer work done for the club and help reach out to those who have not yet helped when volunteers are needed.

Frolic committee - we are looking for 1-2 people to represent the soccer club on the Frolic planning committee. The committee meets once a month and puts in a lot of time over the Frolic weekend. The soccer club reps are also in charge of creating/monitoring the Frolic volunteer registration.

Winter team coordinators - we need parents from each age group to organize winter teams for those who are interested in during the winter months.

Fundraising - we are looking for 1-2 people to coordinate fundraising efforts to help with costs of equipment and clinics. Past fundraisers include a Culvers Share Night and concessions at the Norsk 4th of July celebration.

Village liaison - we are looking for 1-2 people to get involved in the discussions regarding field space and club needs in the village.  You will need to review rec committee and village board meetings and occassionally attend when needed.

Publicity - we are looking for 1-2 people to help with social media posts, updating the website, and assisting with community and club outreach.

Field painting - no experience necessary. Takes about 45-60 min a week and needs to be done on Thursday or Friday each week from mid August to end of October.

Field coordinator for practice nights - we are looking for 1-2 people who can help assess the field conditions during the weekday and help communicate when practices need to be canceled. If you are only available a few days a week during the day, we could still use your help.

Clinics/camps coordinators - need 1-2 people to find options for clinics/camps in and outside of Mount Horeb throughout the year. Coordinators would maintain the list of training opportunities on the website and organize clinics/camps for early release days and summer.

Apparel coordinator - need 1-2 people to coordinate uniform and spirit wear orders. We have a large order in late summer and often reopen orders in November (for Christmas gifts) and late February (for those who need something before the spring season).
